Yes, the meals can be frozen. Please freeze within the Use by Date. The meals can frozen for up to 3 months. Please ensure the meals are fully defrosted to consume and recommend to defrost in the fridge until fully defrosted. We recommend defrosted meals are only consumed reheated according to our cooking instructions.

The meals will have a minimum of 5-days shelf life upon delivery.
Cold-pressed juice is arguably a lot better for you than other pasteurised juices. Vitamins & nutrients don’t fare well with heat, so the cold-press process helps to keep higher levels of goodness in our juices than you’d find in pasteurised juices, cold-pressed juice also gives a ton of health benefits such as improved digestion, healthy weight loss and more.

Our Juice Process
We use a cold-pressed process and it’s for a very good reason… it's with our bodies in mind. See, vitamins and minerals don’t cope well with heat meaning juices that have been heat pasteurised are not as nutritionally high as you might think. Thankfully, we discovered a process that ensures 96% of nutrients still remain, yet has still been pasteurised to kill off any harmful bacteria. Combine this with using whole ingredients, no added sugar or preservatives and more veg, you’re left with the pinnacle of juice beverages.
