Accurate Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. We are not liable for any issues or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order has been dispatched with an incorrect delivery address, it will not be possible for it to be returned to us and resent due to the perishable nature of our products.
Cancellations
We are unable to process cancellation requests placed after 10am the day prior to the delivery date of your order. For example, if your order is due on Tuesday, we would require notice to cancel no later than 10am on Monday.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your box for a legitimate reason such as: the box was missing items, the box was damaged or the box did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been. In the case of a full refund, this will include shipping costs.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns.
