Why B.fresh?
Why B.fresh?
Why We Started...
Minimising waste & easy nutrition.
We're British salad farmers based in Shropshire, who started cold-pressing juices in 2014 after a hailstorm damaged our spinach crop. Despite its aesthetic damage, the spinach remained highly nutritious, inspiring us to turn it into juice as a way to reduce waste. We continue this practice today by using imperfect vegetables in our juicery. Right from the very start B.fresh was all about making it as easy as possible for people to get some goodness into their body.
Actually, It's Probably Easier To Just Show You...
Grown On Our Farm
We're proud to be the only UK brand pressing our own produce.
Right here on the farm is where we press and bottle our juices – so trust us, we know where it’s come from. Season depending - those leafy greens such as spinach, iceberg, kale & romaine are pressed straight into our juices! This also means any excess pulp from our juices can be composted and put back into farming.
The Ingredients
Functional nutrition with no cutting corners.
All of our cold-pressed products are made with no added sugar, sweeteners and water. Just pure fruit and vegetables in meaningful dosages. For example, our turmeric shots are made with 49g of fresh turmeric root - making them the strongest on the UK Market. We've been keen to make our juices, smoothies and shots as functional as possible, so you can be assured any ingredients used are for optimal benefit.
Our Process
Cold-pressed & a high pressure process.
Our juices are made using a cold-press process to retain nutrients and vitamins, unlike heat-pasteurised juices. They are convenient for busy individuals who struggle to obtain essential vitamins and minerals. Additionally, our bottles undergo High-Pressure Processing (HPP) at 6000 bars of pressure, preserving 96% more nutrients compared to heat pasteurisation. HPP eliminates pathogens without affecting taste or texture & extends shelf life. Most of our juices have a 28-day shelf life upon delivery thanks to the HPP process.
Recyclable Materials & Packaging
All of our packaging is recyclable. This includes the box itself, the paper insulation & the gel pack! Although they are plastic, our bottles are also fully recyclable and our 70ml and 250ml bottles are made from 100% recycled materials.
Solar Powered Factory
That’s right! Our factory is part powered by solar panels! Using solar power has many benefits for the environment and not many other companies have taken this route towards renewable energy. Solar power is pollution free and causes no greenhouse gases & the renewable power is available every day of the year, even on cloudy days!
