The Science Behind Our Turmeric Shots

These turmeric shots are fortified with Vitamin D, which helps control the amount of calcium we absorb and therefore is important for developing and maintaining strong bones. Contains Flaxseed Oil. Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega 3 (ALA) fatty acid which may help prevent heart disease and strokes. 

Contains Chicory Root. Chicory root is a natural source of fibre. The inulin in chicory root fibre is also a prebiotic that feeds and promotes the growth of healthy probiotic bacteria in our guts.

Contains Black Pepper. Black pepper helps to aid absorption of several herbs and spices, including turmeric.
